Force Majeure

Payment
All products remain Keep it in a Frame’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised and confirmed before confirming the purchase.

You confirm that all details you provide to Keep it in a Frame for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods are true, accurate, and current, and that the credit card or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

All transfers conducted through Keep it in a Frame are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Keep it in a Frame reserve the right to end our agreement with you if you fail to make payment to us when due, you breach any of our terms and conditions, or if we suspect that you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have any way been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity with us.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Ordering
When placing an order you agree that all information given is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Keep it in a Frame does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you require we will notify you to offer alternatives or the expected delay in delivery.

Additional Information
Keep it in a Frame reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event of a product being sold out, Keep it in a Frame has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Keep it in a Frame shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

The delivery period stated is an approximate timescale. Goods will be sent to the address given in your order.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website.

If an error is discovered in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price.

We cannot be held responsible for any differences in colour between the image on our site and the actual product.

We take every measure to ensure any data we collect is held securely and internet fraud is prevented. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our system.
