Do you offer free shipping withing the UK?  Yes, 1st classs postage & packaging is included in our scrapbook prices.

Can you post on the same day the order is placed?  All our items are made to order unless otherwise stated.  We visit our local post office around 3 times each week, so w can often accommodate urgent order requests.

How do you wrap the scrapbooks for postage?  All single scrapbook orders are wrapped in bubble wrap and posted in corrugated book wrap.  For multiple item orders, we recycle boxes for postage, or use corrugated cardboard wrap to protect them.

How long will despatch take?  We aim to make orders in 2-3 days, but they can take up to a week (sometimes longer in peak times).  We will always give you an anticipated despatch day when we confirm receipt of your order.

The parcel will be too large for your letter box, so please look out for a card from Royal Mail if no one is home and you don’t have a safe place arranged with them to receive parcels.

How big are your scrapbooks?  Each listing contains detailed information regarding the size of the covers and the inside pages.  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions on this subject though.

How many pages are in each scrapbook?  Each scrapbook has 20 pages (40 sides) which are slightly smaller than the covers.  We can add a few extra on request when the scrapbook is made – please contact us before purchase to arrange this.

I don’t see exactly what I’m looking for your website – can I order a custom design?  Yes, we love to help wherever we can.  Any scrapbook can be ordered with different wording for any occasion, and we are happy to work with you on special design requests too, just contact us before you place your order and we can see what we can do.
